The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking and a passion for Landscape Design and Architecture. We are looking for a Landscape/Architect Designer who will create and oversee 3D landscape designs and manage clients throughout the whole process of sales, design and all stages of construction. We are looking for someone to grow in our team and we offer plenty of opportunity to do so. You should be a clear communicator, take instructions, be detail orientated, deliver work promptly and be able to work independently on executing multiple projects within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop Conceptual Proposals.

Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals; for 2D design, 3D Renders, CAD drawings and other relevant options.

Understand and review detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD).

Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.

Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design and construction process.

Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers’ requirements.

Work with Operations Team to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Lead selection of suitable material for projects.

Continuously grow and stay up to date with current market trends.

Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers.

Prepare project estimates together with Operations Team.

Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior landscape architect.

Team management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field with at least 2 + years of experience in related field

Strong creative and communication skills

AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other graphic or rendering software.

It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function.

Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
